Natasha

Natasha Awasthi

Natasha Awasthi is an experienced product leader who has led product organizations at a number of health technology and wellness companies. She believes we create products that stick and scale when teams stay connected to the stories of those we build for and those we build with.

She has an MBA from Wharton and MS in Statistics from the University of Delhi. She has practiced product management in a variety of settings – scrappy start-up, large enterprise, and quickly scaling venture-funded startup.

Regardless of the stage of the team, product, or business lifecycle, she unlocks the potential of teams by helping them communicate effectively across departmental and multidisciplinary boundaries. She helps teams develop a shared language and rituals, and to harness qualitative and quantitative data to deliver outcomes consistently.

With over 15 years as a product manager in highly regulated, high-risk, complex healthcare and aerospace industries, Natasha gravitates toward products requiring curiosity and understanding of dynamic systems, people, and processes.

She practices, writes, speaks, and teaches the art of untangling messy product-problems, including as an instructor at General Assembly. Her work has been published by FastCompany and others.
